Advocacy

ACCESS is a trusted consultative body for the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and other regulatory authorities. The publication of the Code of Practice in collaboration with MAS and the Association of Banks Singapore (ABS) reflects our commitment to guiding businesses in navigating compliance and aligning innovation with regulatory safeguards.

Today, ACCESS provides thought leadership on key issues such as staking, DAO governance, custody infrastructure, and fair market structures in decentralized ecosystems. The Custody Working Group supports safe and technically sound custody standards, while CARF-focused engagements help members prepare for global reporting and compliance frameworks.
