With over 12 years of experience in the blockchain and cryptocurrency domains, Anson is a seasoned leader known for his strategic vision and compliance expertise. Formerly the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Compliance at dtcpay.com, a licensed Major Payments Institution in Singapore, he played a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth while ensuring adherence to stringent regulatory standards. His leadership involved overseeing the development and execution of key strategic initiatives, aligning them with the company’s vision in a rapidly evolving industry.

Katherine Ng

Katherine is the Founder and Managing Partner of Katashe Solutions, leading Asia's first hybrid venture builder specializing in Web2 and Web3 technologies. Katashe Solutions partners with business leaders to drive digital transformation journeys through its collaborative venture building, growth advisory, and technology communications practices. Within Web3, Katashe focuses on Decentralized Finance and Technology Governance, leveraging decentralized technologies to redefine business models and drive industry innovation.

TREASURER

Zann Kwan

Zann, with 27 years in finance and investments, has spent the last 11 years specializing in cryptocurrency and digital assets. As co-founder of Bitcoin Exchange Pte. Ltd., she launched Asia’s first public Bitcoin ATM in 2014. Currently, she is managing partner at Revo Digital Family Office, focusing on digital asset management. Zann has influenced Singapore's tax regulations on digital tokens and contributed to industry standards through ACCESS. A recognized fintech thought leader, she serves on the boards of ACCESS and CFA Society Singapore and previously worked with GIC Real Estate, Arthur Andersen, and KPMG.

Grace Chong

Grace is the Regulatory Lead at ACCESS Blockchain Association and heads the Financial Services Regulation practice at Drew & Napier LLC. With extensive experience in cross-border regulatory matters, licensing, and investigations, she previously served as in-house counsel at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Grace has led regulatory teams in Singapore and Hong Kong, specializing in digital assets and AI integration. Recognized among Singapore’s top 10 FinTech lawyers, she sits on the boards of Women in Payments Singapore and Global Digital Finance’s AML Committee and was awarded Fintech Lawyer of the Year in 2023.

Antonio Alvarez

Antonio is responsible for leading worldwide regulatory compliance across Crypto.com's licenses and product ecosystem. His compliance background expands across payments, remittances and cryptocurrency offerings. Prior to joining Crypto.com, Antonio led a successful Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program at Coinbase and served as senior business leader at Visa. He also held senior roles at a number of other global financial institutions including Western Union and American Express.

Chris Holland

Chris is a Partner at HM, specializing in strategy consulting, compliance, regulatory advisory, and in-house counsel services for financial services and fintech firms. With extensive experience, he previously served as COO and General Counsel at a Southeast Asia-focused investment bank and worked in Clifford Chance's New York, Hong Kong, and Singapore offices. Chris, a New York-qualified lawyer, was a finalist for Singapore In-House Lawyer of the Year (2012-2014) by Asian Legal Business, recognized for his expertise in capital markets and regulatory law.

Daniel Lo

Daniel is the Chief Legal Officer at Acheron Trading, a digital payment tokens market maker, and co-founder of LDU, a legal solutions platform. Previously, he served as Chief Legal Officer at Cake Group and Senior Legal Counsel at UBS Asset Management. Actively engaged in Singapore’s crypto community, Daniel sits on the board of ACCESS Singapore and the Web3 subcommittee of the Singapore FinTech Association. He won ALB SE Asia's 2023 Young In-House Lawyer of the Year and was a finalist in 2024 for Young In-House Lawyer and In-House Technology Lawyer awards.
